How do I schedule an appointment?
Please give us a call, fill out our contact form or contact us via email.
What if my event is in 2 weeks?
Depending on materials and automatization of backdrops or centerpieces, Joyful Events and Decor maybe able to meet your schedule. All rush fees will be passed along to the customer to include expedited shipping cost.
Is a contract required for services.
Yes, contracts are required for all services. The contract protects both you and the business to ensure all expectations are met and in a timely manner.
How long does it take?
Joyful Events and Decor will contact you the same day unless contacting business afterhours.
Are payment plans allowed?
Yes, you have the option of making payments; however, cost for all customizations are not refundable due to customizations. Payments are due in full within 3 weeks of the event unless paying in full for events occurring within 3 weeks of events.
